Thank you for coming to teach us as a whole and in our grade levels more about Singapore math. Your way of teaching us is so helpful and engaging. You also have such a natural talent for speaking and teaching. You awakened a child like excitement in me for learning about math. I wish I had you as a teacher and maybe I would have done better in math. But I can do my best to help kids today with the tools you've shared.

From Principals:
Thank you for the professional development you provided the teachers over the past two days.
The approach you have with the teachers is such that they can walk away from the PD with immediate ways to incorporate worthwhile activities into their daily curriculum.  The practical examples and hands-on exercises you provided have sparked some ideas for future ways of enhancing the math instruction in our classrooms.
Additionally, your insights into effective assessments methods as well as grading were eye-opening for us.  Assessing the thought processes of our students will help us better gauge our students' understanding and help us to provide targeted support where needed.

Good Morning Susan!
I asked my staff to send me feedback from the training last week.  They sang your praises and have already felt so much more confident in the classroom.  I just wanted to send the feedback to you.   I hope to be reaching out again for more training!

From Teachers
I just wanted to thank you for everything you shared at the training yesterday.  I was lucky enough to listen to a training of yours in January and I have to say you are one of my all time favorite presenters.  I can't thank you enough for the information that you give, the resources that you share, and talking about math in such a down to earth way.  Thank you again!!!

Thank you so much for visiting my classroom and for today's PD session! As a new teacher of Math, on my end, it was so exciting to notice that my teaching and student approach is directed in the right direction. I am very enthusiastic about learning and teaching MIF!

Hi Susan, Always following you! Thank you for continuing to lead the way in best practices in mathematics instruction. Your leadership consistently elevates teachers to new levels of thinking and practice. You keep it real, grounding your work in classrooms, and you encourage educators to seek solutions rather than simply highlight issues.

All curricula and programs have flaws—just as educators and administrators do. What matters most is the collective commitment to doing better for students every day. That mindset is clearly alive at RES, where the focus on 1% better growth is not just talk, but practice.

Because of this work, I believe our student outcomes won’t just improve incrementally—they’ll rise meaningfully. Strong leadership, reflective practice, and a solutions-oriented culture have a way of compounding, and our students are the ultimate winners.

Hope to see you or chat again soon!
